Now a days lots and lots of people are facing the weight problem. This a global health problem now a days.In order to understand the mechanism that if all intelligence of the body work in a proper manner then why this weight management intelligence of our body not working in a proper manner.Few days back ,I got the answer of this question in Paul Zane Pilzer book "The Wellness Revolution".I personally recommend everyone to read this book as there are lot of good things related to our food habits mentioned in this book.
Now let's go back to stone age when humans totally depend upon there hunting ability to feed themselves and there family.For days and sometimes for weeks they might not able to get a good hunt to feed themselves and this process conntinues in the same manner for thousand's of years.So the coding of our body is of stone age and body takes every meal as a last meal thinking that it might not get food for some more days so the body store enough calories that will sustain for several days.
Now as with time our resources of food are more stable and human get food three times a day but the body still operates from the stone age taking every meal as a last meal.
So the Lesson no.1 is never overeat or always eat in small quantity.
